In collaboration with Mitsui Fudosan, TIS, and Asratec, Rice Robotics is proudly introducing an avant-garde delivery robot service at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu. These autonomous robots are set to operate seamlessly within the building, synergizing with elevators to ensure a streamlined delivery of goods directly to various offices. This service effectively obviates the necessity for recipients to traverse to lobbies. Instead, the RICE delivery robots act as conduits, receiving items from delivery riders. These adept robots navigate through gates and utilize elevators to seamlessly transport products to their designated floors.

Scheduled to inaugurate on the 1st of August, 2023, this service is accessible on weekdays from 9 AM to 9 PM, aligning with the busy office hours. Rice Robotics spearheads this innovative initiative, with a primary objective of elevating the convenience and efficiency of office deliveries to new heights.
